1. RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)
Our policy lasts for 30 days. Any item you wish to return will be accommodated.
In the event that 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange. However, we take pride in what we do. Our approach is case-by-case to each customer. If you are still experiencing problems after 30 days, please get in touch.
If you receive a damaged item, you can expect a replacement without hesitation. To be eligible for a return, your item must have at least 80% of the product remaining, and it must still be in the original packaging.
2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
3. SHIPPING
Depending on the return reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS
We take fraud and chargebacks very seriously. Depending on the severity it will result in serious repercussions ranging from disabling your purchase ability, law enforcement involvement, and legal action.
